You will own the technology roadmap, partner with the Wealth Management business and advisor field, and lead a small team delivering AI-native tools that expand advisor capacity and improve client outcomes. This hands-on role writes specs used by engineers, evaluates AI prototype quality, and partners daily with engineering to ensure successful, compliant product launches

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; MBA or quantitative master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of product management experience in tech, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven track record shipping digital or AI-powered products to production.

Responsibilities

• Own the Advisor Experience technology product roadmap with prioritization and milestones.
• Partner with Wealth Management and field to frame problems and shape AI-enabled solutions.
• Write PRDs and specs for a small AI engineering team; define acceptance criteria.
• Maintain fluency in advisor workflows: prospecting, meeting prep, proposals, and service.
• Lead a small PM team; coach juniors and collaborate with VP-level stakeholders.
• Coordinate launches with Compliance, Legal, Supervision, and operations; Go-to-market planning.
