You will bridge Advisory Teams with Tech, Data, and Enterprise Services to design, test, and deploy practical AI capabilities in day-to-day advisory operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a financial advisor or senior advisory team member.
• Understanding of workflows for high-net-worth clients.
• Experience with CRM, planning, portfolio management, and reporting.
• Proven track record using AI, automation, and data tech.
• Collaborative work with advisors, tech, ops, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate advisor needs into clear technical requirements.
• Design and test AI-enabled workflows for advisory teams.
• Develop reusable prompts, workflows, and templates.
• Provide hands-on training to advisors on AI use cases.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing tools.
• Measure outcomes like time saved and client service improvements.
