Job summary

AInvest Fintech Inc. in the United States seeks an RIA Product Manager to lead digital wealth management products for U.S. individual investors.

You will own onboarding, risk assessment, portfolio recommendations, account analysis and ongoing advisory services, working closely with investment, compliance, engineering, and design teams. You will own the product roadmap and end-to-end user experience, while researching U.S. investor needs across retirement accounts and wealth management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fintech, wealth management, digital investing, brokerage, or related financial products.
• Strong understanding of U.S. investment accounts, including Brokerage, IRA, Roth IRA, and 401(k) Rollover.
• Familiarity with the RIA model, fiduciary responsibilities, and U.S. financial regulations.
• Strong product management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex investment concepts into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Experience with AI, digital advice, portfolio management, or investment analytics is a plus.
• Series 65, CFA, or CFP is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills; Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and end-to-end user experience for RIA products.
• Research U.S. investor needs across retirement, IRA/Roth IRA, 401(k) rollover, investing, and wealth management.
• Build personalized investment recommendations, portfolio insights, risk analysis, and AI-powered features.
• Partner with investment, compliance, legal, engineering, and design teams to launch and iterate products.
• Track key metrics including conversion, funding, AUM, asset retention, recommendation adoption, and engagement.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to develop differentiated product strategies.
