Job summary

Mission Wealth, a Barron’s Top 100 RIA, is hiring a growth-minded Senior Product Manager to elevate advisor workflows and scale nationally. You will shape technology roadmaps and partner with Advisor teams, Compliance, IT and vendors to turn business needs into scalable, well-adopted solutions.

You will lead efforts on AI-enabled productivity tools, CRM workflows, data quality and knowledge access, while measuring impact on time savings and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of product management/advisor technology/financial services tech experience.
• Experience with advisors/client service teams to improve workflows and technology adoption.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, CRM platforms and knowledge-management systems.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear, prioritized deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Help shape and deliver the technology roadmap for advisors and client-facing teams.
• Own and maintain product roadmaps for advisor technology, workflow automation and AI tools.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into clear priorities and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
• Evaluate, implement and improve tools supporting advisor productivity and CRM workflows.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Data and IT security for responsible AI use.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on enhancements and rollout.
• Support adoption with clear communication, guides, and training materials.
• Measure success via advisor adoption, time savings and workflow visibility.
