Fin, now part of Salesforce, is pioneering AI-powered customer engagement. We seek a Senior Product Manager to lead a key product area, drive a data-informed roadmap, and collaborate with engineers, designers, and researchers to ship world-class software that touches millions daily.

You will leverage AI to boost team efficiency and impact, balance customer needs with technical constraints, and align with GTM strategy while maintaining high-quality releases.

Formación

• No fixed years of experience; emphasis on impact and potential.
• Ability to define and communicate product roadmaps.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and designers and leveraging AI.

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for a significant product area or leading an important project.
• Deeply understand customer problems through research, data, and direct interactions, then frame them clearly for the team.
• Manage the roadmap: define what should be built, when and why, and communicate it to generate alignment and excitement.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to imagine, build, and ship solutions, from bold future visions to small, focused iterations.
• Leverage AI to increase efficiency, accelerate product development, and multiply the team’s impact.
• Evaluate impact through quantitative and qualitative measures, both in beta and after full release.
• Own and maintain the quality of the product area, ensuring every release delivers world-class software.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure clear GTM strategy and execution, helping deliver.
• Be a leader in the team or projects by role-modelling company values and R&D principles.
