Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product, design and engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution of innovative technology experiences.
• Translate complex customer problems into simple, elegant solutions that deliver measurable value to our end users.
• Participate in rapid prototyping and experimentation cycles, learning to validate concepts with data, insights, and customer feedback.
• Work across product, design, engineering, and operations to deliver solutions on tight timelines.
• Engage directly with customers and early adopters to test ideas, gather feedback, and uncover new opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to the team.
• Contribute to product roadmaps, write crisp product requirements, and track success metrics.
