Okta for AI Agents is building the trust layer for secure, automated workflows. A Senior Product Manager will shape the strategy and drive delivery of agent identity lifecycle, dynamic permissions, and auditable governance across enterprise tools.

You will collaborate with engineering and security teams to extend OAuth/OIDC, define deployment models, and scale governance for agent-based use cases within Okta's platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management experience in enterprise-scale SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of IAM protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML).
• Deep understanding of API security and developer experience.
• Analytical and decisive in fast-changing AI landscape.
• Excellent communication across research, design, engineering, and customer success teams.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with AI platform developers, security architects, and stakeholders to distill feature asks and ensure product-market fit for AI agent identity.
• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI agent-specific capabilities, including agent-to-agent authentication and delegated authority.
• Identify and prioritize features such as dynamic session management for AI, on-behalf-of token exchange, and agent-specific audit logs.
• Work with engineering and architecture to define protocols and deployment models for AI security and governance.
• Drive cross-functional execution to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Track industry trends in AI and security standards to differentiate Okta's AI offerings.
• Leverage product data to improve agent lifecycle management and drive adoption.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for AI Identity to empower marketing and technical sales.
