Job summary

Okta, Bellevue, WA, seeks a Senior Product Architect, AI, to shape how Auth0 and Okta lead in agentic identity and secure AI development. You will drive strategy across product, engineering, security, and customers, translating rapid AI advances into practical capabilities and durable platform primitives.

You will design secure identity features, collaborate with stakeholders, and prototype using Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and Go, while staying ahead of the AI landscape.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product architecture, technical product management, or platform engineering.
• Experience building AI-powered applications or agentic systems.
• Deep expertise in identity and authorization standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
• Strong design skills for secure API access and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Auth0’s strategy for AI agents and agentic applications.
• Shape product and technical strategy for agentic identity and delegated authority.
• Define approaches for securely exposing protected resources to agents.
• Collaborate with leaders to translate opportunities into product bets and platform capabilities.
• Design and implement core identity capabilities for agent-to-resource and agent-to-agent interactions.
• Develop perspectives on MCP, agent protocols, and authorization standards.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and articulate implications for customers and strategy.
• Engage with strategic customers to validate direction and security.
• Coordinate with Security, Legal, Privacy, and Trust teams for compliant AI features.
• Represent Okta in developer communities and open-source efforts.
• Build prototypes and reference implementations using Node.js, React, Python, and Go.
• Partner with GTM teams to simplify complex identity and AI concepts for developers.
