Job summary

Okta is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Agent Access Policies sub-team within the Okta Secures AI group. You will own the team’s strategy, coach engineers, and drive cross-functional initiatives to enable least-privilege agent access across enterprise resources.

You will partner with product and technical leads, champion high quality and secure development practices, and guide adoption of AI-enabled tooling and modern CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience with enterprise-grade software.
• 2+ years managing engineering teams, balancing new features with maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Agent Access Policies sub-team and drive strategy and roadmap.
• Mentor engineers, manage performance, and support career development.
