Job summary

Okta is hiring a Senior Product Manager for AI Agents to define the strategy and execution for securing AI agent workflows. You will own the roadmap for agent identity lifecycle management, dynamic permission scoping, delegated authorization, and audit trails, influencing trust frameworks and APIs.

Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to roll out agent access governance at scale, and stay ahead of trends in LLMs, AI security, and Zero Trust architectures to differentiate Okta's AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.
• Deep understanding of API security and developer experience.
• Analytical and decisive in rapidly evolving AI landscape.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Technical background enabling influence on technical design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI platform developers, security architects, and internal stakeholders to distill feature asks and ensure product-market fit for AI agent identity.
• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI agent-specific capabilities, including authentication and delegated authority.
• Identify and prioritize development of features such as dynamic session management and agent-specific audit logs.
• Work with engineering and architecture teams to define protocols and deployment models for AI security.
• Drive cross-functional execution with design, engineering, and documentation teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Track industry trends to develop differentiated AI security solutions.
• Leverage product data to improve agent lifecycle management and drive developer adoption.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for AI Identity to support marketing and technical sales.
