Job summary

Okta in Bellevue is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape end-to-end workflows for AI agents and non-human identities. You’ll move from concepting to polishing flows as the product scales, collaborating with security, engineering, and product teams.

You will apply systems thinking to align user needs with business goals, designing for multiple personas and creating scalable patterns while exploring AI-driven design techniques and governance scenarios.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of product design experience with ship-to-product outcomes.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools and a strong portfolio.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for collaboration.
• Portfolio showing depth across multiple projects and real product use.

Responsibilities

• Own key workflows end-to-end from concepting to polish at scale.
• Apply systems thinking to connect user insights with business goals.
• Design for multiple personas: Security Admins, IT Admins, AI Engineers.
• Create scalable design patterns for non-human identities and agents.
• Present work to cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
• Experiment with AI in design processes and judge when it accelerates work.
