Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Agent Platform to shape the core AI platform handling agent execution, governance, and reliability. You will partner with engineering and stakeholders to prioritize work, measure impact, and scale the runtime securely.

The role emphasizes guiding platform architecture, balancing near-term consumer needs with a migration to a new runtime and establishing agent governance as a product to drive trust and monetization opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
• Technical depth in execution systems, workflows, or eventing.
• Product owner experience for internal platform consumers with published contracts and visible roadmaps.
• Ability to drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
• Judgment to balance engineering convenience with consumer safety in migrations.

Responsibilities

• Own product direction for the agent runtime focusing on execution, governance, and reliability.
• Lead architecture decisions for the legacy agent platform.
• Manage a migration plan to a new runtime prioritizing consumer impact.
• Establish agent governance as a product to ensure trust in agent actions.
• Define usage instrumentation and lifecycle events for monetization.
• Run intake and prioritization for agent-building teams and guide development timelines.
• Maintain boundaries between platform agents and AI experiences, engaging stakeholders.
