Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
• Technical depth in execution systems, workflows, or eventing.
• Product owner experience for internal platform consumers with published contracts and visible roadmaps.

• Judgment to balance engineering convenience with consumer safety in migrations.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Agent Platform to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape the direction of a core AI platform capability that powers agent execution, governance, and reliability across the organization. You will guide important platform and architecture decisions, balancing near-term consumer needs with a thoughtful migration to a new runtime. The position also requires close partnership with engineering and other stakeholders to define how agent work is prioritized, measured, and safely scaled.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own product direction for the agent runtime, with a focus on execution, governance, and reliability
• Lead architecture decisions for the legacy agent platform
• Manage a migration plan to a new runtime, prioritizing consumer impact
• Establish agent governance as a product, ensuring trust in agent actions
• Define usage instrumentation, including flags and lifecycle events for monetization
• Run intake and prioritization for agent-building teams, providing guidance on development timelines
• Maintain boundaries between platform agents and AI experience surfaces, engaging stakeholders in decisions
