LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Career Agents team in the Talent Marketplace. You will own a core part of the agent’s product experience, partnering with AI/ML engineers, designers, and researchers to ship weekly iterations that improve member outcomes.

Define the vision and roadmap, build eval sets, and shape the agent harness with engineering. You will drive data‑driven decisions and collaborate across cross‑functional teams in a hybrid role based in SF or Sunnyvale.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-powered products is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap grounded in member needs.
• Own quality end-to-end: define good, build eval sets, and measure improvements.
• Shape agent tools, planning, memory, and context across sessions.
• Design for trust: when the agent acts independently vs. asks for input.
• Prototype with new models and techniques and ship iteratively.
• Make data-driven decisions from evals, research, and metrics.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, AI, design, and legal.
