Job summary

Progressive Leasing in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Digital Self Services to own and evolve our consumer-facing self-service experiences across web and mobile. You will partner with design, engineering, and analytics to create delightful, data-driven digital products that reduce customer effort and increase autonomy.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in software product management, strong communication, and a track record of delivering post‑approval or account

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of software product management experience.
• Experience owning post-approval or account-management digital products.
• Ability to design and iterate self-service experiences for web and mobile.
• Experience with AI chatbot workflows for self-service support.
• Finance/fintech familiarity and knowledge of payment flows and regulatory context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap by engaging stakeholders and customers.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify problems and validate solutions.
• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Establish iterative release schedules with on-time value delivery.
• Test, measure, and iterate on product experiences using data.
