SuperOps is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) across Windows, iOS, and Android. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable endpoint solutions for enterprise customers.

With 7+ years in product roles and deep UEM/MDM expertise, you will drive go-to-market plans, pricing, and KPI tracking while collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to shape the product's future.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management or related experience with at least 3 years in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) or enterprise security.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments including Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Hands-on experience with UEM/MDM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE).
  • Knowledge of device security, encryption, remote management, and zero-trust principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

SuperOps is building the AI-native platform for modern IT management unifying PSA and RMM into a single, agent-first system that enables IT teams and MSPs to run and scale their operations with dramatically less manual effort. We are backed by Addition Partners, March Capital, Matrix Partners India, Elevation Capital, and Tanglin Venture Partners. The decisions made over the next eighteen months will shape whether SuperOps becomes a category footnote or a category leader. Product is at the centre of that outcome and the Product Strategy and Operations Manager will help scale product teams to deliver it.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep technical expertise to drive the development of our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solution. The Senior Product Manager for Unified Endpoint Management will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution of our core UEM/MDM platform, ensuring seamless management for Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS, and Android devices. This role requires strong technical expertise in endpoint management, device security, and cross-platform integration, combined with exceptional product leadership to deliver world‑class solutions that meet enterprise needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the UEM platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs Technical
  • Leadership: Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement solutions for device management, security policies, and compliance across Windows, iOS, and Android ecosystems
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver a cohesive product experience
  • Customer Advocacy: Engage with enterprise customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and translate requirements into actionable product features
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends in endpoint management, mobile device management (MDM), and enterprise security
  • Feature Definition: Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features, ensuring scalability, security, and usability
  • Go-to-Market: Partner with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and launch plans
  • Product Success: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of product management or related experience, with at least 3 years focused on Unified Endpoint Management, Mobile Device Management (MDM), or enterprise security solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and network security protocols
  • Strong technical proficiency in endpoint management and security with knowledge of device compliance, encryption, remote management, and zero-trust security principles.
  • Hands‑on experience with UEM/MDM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf, VMware Workspace ONE, or similar) would be a plus
  • Practical experience on AI projects to understand and build a portfolio.(e.g., Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or similar)
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite executives
  • Strong experience in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product decisions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
