Tekion is seeking a Senior Product Learning Expert to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive learning experiences enabling internal teams, partners, and customers to effectively use Tekion’s products. This role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex product information into engaging learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep instructional expertise in adult learning and training delivery.
• Ability to translate complex product information into scalable learning solutions.
• Experience leading training initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning programs focused on product functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, enablement, and services teams to gather technical information.
• Create content in multiple formats (eLearning, VILT, ILT, documentation) for diverse learners.
• Manage end-to-end training development projects aligned with business priorities.
• Contribute to content governance, templates, and frameworks for consistency.
• Mentor junior content contributors or instructional designers.
