Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Manager to lead a team delivering digital wealth-management products that enhance client and advisor experiences.

You will define strategy, roadmaps, and priorities across client servicing, relationship-manager workflows, and reporting, partnering with product, technology, UX, and operations to drive outcomes. You will coach product teams, align stakeholders, and balance transformational initiatives with ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of related work experience with a track record of strategy and execution.
• Graduate degree preferred; strong academic background considered.
• Experience solving complex business or product challenges and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading initiatives from strategy through to implementation and outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to influence decisions and drive alignment across organizations.
• Strategic thinking, prioritization, and execution capabilities.
• Balancing delivery of new capabilities with existing product support.

Responsibilities

• Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew; provide guidance and coaching.
• Establish performance expectations and conduct reviews per HR policy.
• Oversee product management for multiple digital products or a strategic portfolio.
• Lead planning, development, implementation, and management of digital products for wealth management.
• Set product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities aligned to business goals.
• Collaborate with product, business, technology, UX, and operations to drive initiatives.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Balance innovation with operation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
