Job summary

Vanguard seeks a strategic leader to own the vision and execution for Portfolio Management products, spanning construction, trading, custody integration, and investment servicing. You will drive priorities, align roadmaps with enterprise goals, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable, innovative capabilities that enhance advisor and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in wealth management, portfolio management, trading, custody operations, or investment servicing.
• Experience leading product organizations responsible for large-scale portfolio management or trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management, settlement, reconciliation, custody operations, and money movement.
• Proven success delivering platform modernization, vendor integrations, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of advisory platforms, managed accounts, portfolio construction methodologies, and investment management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for Portfolio Management products.
• Prioritize investments across product portfolios to balance growth, risk, operational efficiency, and client experience.
• Establish product roadmaps, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams responsible for design, delivery, and continuous improvement of investment platform capabilities.
• Partner with trading, operations, and technology teams to optimize trade generation, execution, allocation, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
