Job summary

Vanguard seeks a Senior Manager, Product Manager to lead a team delivering digital wealth management products and experiences for clients, advisors, and crews. You will set vision, roadmaps, and priorities, partnering across product, technology, UX, and operations to drive measurable outcomes.

You will coach product teams, manage performance, and balance transformational work with ongoing optimization of existing capabilities, including client servicing and reporting workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least three years innovation strategy and execution experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience solving complex business, operational, or product challenges.
• Experience leading initiatives from strategy through implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive alignment across organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, execution, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience balancing delivery of new capabilities while supporting existing products and services.

Responsibilities

• Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew.
• Provide guidance and coaching to support crew development.
• Establish performance expectations and review performance.
• Oversee digital product management for multiple products.
• Lead planning, development, and ongoing management of digital products.
• Establish product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and plans.
• Balance innovation with operation and optimization of existing products.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders in complex environments.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions.
• Coach product teams on PM best practices and stakeholder management.
• Support digital capabilities related to wealth management operations and client servicing.
• Participate in and influence business planning and funding discussions.
• Participate in special projects and other duties.
