Job summary

The Vanguard Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Manager to lead a team of product professionals and partner across business, technology, engineering, and UX to deliver outcomes that enhance client and crew experiences. This role drives the strategic vision, roadmap, development, and ongoing management of digital products supporting Vanguard's wealth management business.

Responsibilities include guiding product capabilities for client servicing, advisor workflows, reporting, and operating

Qualifications

• Eight years of related work experience with at least three years in innovation strategy and execution.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience balancing delivery of new capabilities with supporting existing products and services.
• CFP or CFA designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew; provide guidance and coaching.
• Lead planning, development, and management of digital products for Vanguard's wealth management business.
• Establish product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across product, business, technology, UX, and operations to drive initiatives.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and plans; measure outcomes.
• Coach product teams on best practices, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Support digital capabilities related to wealth management operations and client servicing.
