Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to shape marketing strategy for Priority Personal Wealth offerings such as Cash or UHNW solutions. You will translate needs, trends, and business objectives into growth plans and go-to-market strategies.

You will partner with business and product leaders, guiding cross-functional teams from planning through execution and delivering measurable results while ensuring cohesive client experiences.

Qualifications

• Eight years in direct-to-consumer marketing strategy or product marketing.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reports.
• Strong marketing knowledge and a passion for client and business outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with sound judgment and ownership.
• Data-driven marketing acumen with analytical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach to align stakeholders and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of marketing strategy and roadmap for priority Personal Wealth offerings to achieve business growth objectives.
• Connect investor needs with products by developing compelling value propositions and differentiated positioning.
• Translate client, market, competitive, and performance insights into priorities and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with audience and product teams to implement integrated marketing programs and align strategy.
• Guide cross-functional teams by building product knowledge and alignment around the marketing plan.
• Build partnerships across marketing, business, sales, technology, analytics, legal, risk and compliance to deliver results.
• Set performance goals and use measurement, testing, forecasting, and reporting to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends, investor behavior, and evolving client expectations to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure plans comply with legal, compliance, risk, audit, and control requirements.
