This role shapes a vision and roadmap for 3PX products, partnering with senior leadership to align analytics with business objectives and drive scalable, data-driven decisions. You will lead end-to-end initiatives, engaging stakeholders from production to delivery of tools and reports, and you will communicate complex topics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years end-to-end product delivery
• 7+ years product or program management
• 5+ years analytics roadmap experience
• Experience influencing senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Efficiently convert customer needs into solutions using design thinking and agile product leadership
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable project plans, managing cross-functional teams
• Establish mechanisms to ensure comprehensive documentation for products and data infrastructure
• Design and implement new processes to scale the Private Pricing Experience
• Prioritize features, experience enhancements, bug fixes, and simplify tech landscape
• Lead & participate in strategic discussions with senior leadership using data-driven insights
• Proactively identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
• Pioneer integration of latest technologies, such as Generative AI, into workflows
• Evolve norms and processes such as product templates, backlog management, prioritization criteria, and communications
