One Call seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead a multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. You will guide senior PMs and collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and analytics to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, user empathy, and strong communication. Remote-friendly, with a focus on driving revenue and efficiency across back-office and front-office workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
• Proven track record from concept to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Agile environments and modern PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-vertical product strategy aligned with business goals.
