Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy across domains like Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. You will guide senior PMs and partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

Ideal candidates will drive revenue growth, improve efficiency by reducing manual entry, and explore adjacent verticals with a focus on time to impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience in tech/SaaS.
• Proven track record of launching successful products.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Understand customer needs through research and feedback.
• Prioritize features and maintain the product roadmap.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
• Own delivery of roadmap initiatives and manage blockers.
