Job summary

Civic Roundtable, Boston-based AI-powered government operations platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own core product areas and drive end-to-end delivery with engineering, design, and deployments teams in person at least one day a week.

You will run user interviews, map workflows, define success metrics, and translate insights into high-impact product investments, while coordinating with Customer Success and Sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management and end-to-end product delivery.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with metrics, experimentation, and data analysis.
• Hands-on AI experience and ability to apply AI to product processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for key areas.
• Engage with customers through interviews, mapping, usability testing, and research.
• Drive fast execution with engineering and design to scale features.
• Define success metrics and instrument the right data post-launch.
• Craft messaging and enable Sales & Marketing to win with customers.
