Job summary

Sapience AI in Seattle is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own an end-to-end product area. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and applied AI specialists to translate strategy into shipped work that users rely on.

You set the direction for your area, make hard prioritization calls, measure outcomes, and drive adoption. This role requires strong product instincts for AI, rigorous discovery, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, design, and GTM to deliver

Qualifications

Six or more years of product management experience.
Experience shipping AI or ML products with sound judgment.
Strong discovery and validation instincts with real members and buyers.
Able to set strategy, make hard prioritization calls, and deliver outcomes.
Technical fluency to partner with engineering and applied AI.
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Own product area end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, and outcomes.
Lead a cross-functional team through delivery and decision making.
Make trade-offs on scope, quality, and time and defend them.
Design for trust: provenance, guardrails, and uncertainty handling in AI.
Partner with applied AI and research to turn capability into dependable product behavior.
Define outcomes and drive adoption and time-to-value.
