Cloud Coach is seeking a Product Manager to own the what and why of a product line, guiding a distributed Requirements Engineering team and shaping the roadmap for delivery. You will balance customer input, usage data, and market signals to determine prioritization and release timing.
You will lead discovery conversations, validate solutions, and define AI-driven directions with strong emphasis on trust and user value.
Qualifications
- Senior track record in B2B SaaS product management — direction, prioritization, and delivery from problem definition through launch.
- Experience leading people or a specialist function, raising others' output.
- Prototypes at every level; know when to hand off.
- Proven customer discovery — interviews, synthesis, defendable decisions.
- Operational fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and AI workflows.
- Based in the US Eastern time zone with overlap with Germany.
Responsibilities
- Define problem and set product direction; ensure engineerable requirements.
- Lead the Requirements Engineering team, hiring and coaching.
- Own roadmap within Now/Next/Later; balance bugs, requests, usage, and signals.
- Lead customer discovery through weekly conversations and synthesis.
- Shape AI-powered features with guardrails and success criteria.
- Be product voice in release readiness and post-release monitoring.
- Be first-call for feature explanations and cross-team coordination.
