Job summary

Authorium, Inc. seeks a Product Manager to own a defined product area end-to-end. You’ll drive the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, collaborating with Engineering, Solutions, and client stakeholders to build software for government operations.

The role targets a candidate with 2+ years PM experience, based in the San Francisco Bay Area and comfortable with an in-office Monday-Thursday culture. You’ll work on AI-enabled product development and governance-oriented workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with a B2B SaaS company.
• San Francisco Bay Area-based; energised by an in-office (Mon-Thu) collaborative culture.
• Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end, from discovery through delivery.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering and customer-facing teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication — explain the “why” behind product decisions.
• Experience in an agile environment, managing backlogs and sprint ceremonies.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI used as a serious part of how you ship.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your assigned product area, aligned to strategy and objectives.
• Drive the full lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Write high-quality user stories, specs, and PRDs reflecting product direction.
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics for your product area.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure timely, high-quality feature delivery.
• Capture delivery and adoption feedback with Solutions and Client Success.
• Engage with client stakeholders during requirements and validation phases.
