Job summary

PPC Partners is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead product strategy, adoption, lifecycle management, and value realization for enterprise AI across our family of companies. Reporting to the Director, AI Strategy and Enablement, you will translate priorities into roadmaps, requirements, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes for both internally developed capabilities and third‑party platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Product Management, or related field; 10+ years in software product management.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
• 3+ years AI product experience delivering AI-enabled products in a large organization.
• Ability to translate business needs into product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and backlogs.
• Experience managing AI-enabled SaaS platforms, adoption metrics, and lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and lifecycle planning for AI/enterprise tech products.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, backlogs, launch plans, and adoption plans.
• Drive adoption, enablement, product KPIs, user feedback, and value realization practices.
• Partner with IT, cybersecurity, vendors, delivery teams, and stakeholders to evaluate, launch, improve, and scale AI-enabled products.
• Identify and address safety hazards; promote safe practices and PPE across tasks.
• Understand financial limits for bidding, contracts, and change orders; monitor authority levels.
