Job summary

JetBlue seeks a Manager Digital Ancillaries and Payments to lead product strategy and delivery for the post-purchase journey, from traveler details through payment and confirmation. Qualifications

• Requires bachelor degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 5+ years in customer-facing digital products or experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop product crewmembers and model JetBlue Digital7s operating model.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for post-Cart journey (traveler details, seats, bags, Review and Pay, payment, confirmation).
• Serve as primary contact for strategic and tactical decisions across digital ancillary and payment experiences.
• Use research and data to identify problems, prioritize opportunities and tradeoffs.
• Partner to shape hypotheses, prioritize tests and scale changes while maintaining payment reliability and compliance.
• Collaborate with Commercial to translate ancillary strategies into customer-centered digital experiences.
