First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard seeks a Digital Product Owner to champion payment product features, drive UX improvements, and align cross‑functional teams with regulatory requirements. You’ll translate customer needs into a clear product roadmap and deliver measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you’ll own the payments product line, partner with stakeholders across the bank and card services, and ensure secure, seamless payment experiences for users while meeting strategic goals.

Formación

• Strong customer-centric approach focused on user needs.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on high-quality outputs.
• Scrum Product Owner Certification or equivalent required.
• 4+ years managing digital products at a financial institution.
• 3+ years agile development experience preferred.
• Ability to drive digital platform investments aligned to business plan.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead agile team and guide development to deliver roadmap outcomes.
• Set release targets and maintain prioritized backlog.
• Gather customer research and monitor competitor trends.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across call centers, Compliance, Marketing.
• Manage multiple digital products/platforms.
• Hire, train, and review staff per policy.
