One Call seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead a multi-vertical platform strategy across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. You will own a cross-functional portfolio, guiding Senior/Staff/Associate PMs while partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in STEM or business or equivalent.
10+ years in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
Proven track record from concept to launch.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
Identify customer needs through research and data; translate into product opportunities.
Create and maintain product roadmaps balancing value, feasibility, and impact.
Write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to drive launches.
Define KPIs, monitor ROI, and inform future decisions.
