TD Securities is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Commercial Card portfolio, shaping strategy, roadmaps, and end-to-end lifecycle management. You will partner across Sales, Technology, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and external providers to deliver resilient, market-leading capabilities.

The role requires deep industry experience, proven leadership, and the ability to communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Commercial Card product management experience with strong knowledge of corporate payment solutions, processing, credit risk, regulatory requirements, and industry practices.
• Proven experience developing product strategies, managing roadmaps, and leading initiatives from concept through implementation and post-launch optimization.
• Ability to identify market opportunities, build business cases, establish priorities, and contribute to strategic direction of product management.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to interpret product performance, customer behavior, market data, and reporting for decisions.
• Knowledge of current and emerging Commercial Card, payments, and digital technology trends.
• Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills for cross-functional leadership and senior engagement.
• Strategic thinking, sound judgment, and ability to balance client value, growth, risk, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Commercial Card product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives and client needs.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch, pricing, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market, competitor, client, and industry research to identify growth opportunities and differentiators.
• Translate priorities and client feedback into clear product specifications and customer-facing enhancements.
• Partner with Sales, Technology, Risk, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal,Compliance, and external providers to deliver initiatives.
• Build relationships with corporate clients and distribution partners to reflect client needs in product decisions.
• Develop product positioning, sales enablement materials, and training to attract and retain clients.
• Monitor product performance using key metrics and adjust strategy and investments accordingly.
• Identify, assess, and manage product, operational, regulatory, credit, and payment risks.
