Qualifications

• 7+ years in Commercial Card product management and related regulatory knowledge.
• Experience developing strategies, roadmaps, and leading initiatives end-to-end.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and build business cases.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to drive data-based decisions.
• Knowledge of Commercial Card payments, digital tools, and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Commercial Card product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Conduct market, competitor, client research to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate priorities into clear product specs, user experiences, and features.
• Partner with Sales, Technology, Risk, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance.
• Build relationships with corporate clients and distribution partners for insights.
• Develop positioning, sales enablement materials, and training.
• Monitor product performance with key metrics and adjust strategy.
• Identify and manage operational, regulatory, credit, and payment risks.
• Design and improve end-to-end product processes and governance.
• Lead problem-solving sessions with partners to advance initiatives.
• Prepare and present reviews and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Maintain current knowledge of Commercial Card, payments, and regulatory changes.
