CSI is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap and delivery for its Commercial Suite and payments solutions. You will drive API-enabled experiences that connect commercial banking, payments and card workflows, collaborating with Engineering, Compliance, Sales and customer teams.

You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization, shaping the roadmap and defining requirements, metrics and success criteria.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in payments, fintech, or commercial banking environments.
• Experience delivering API-based banking, payments, or card solutions.
• Strong understanding of commercial banking workflows and card programs.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into product capabilities and user stories.
• Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with commercial cards, virtual cards, spend controls, and lifecycle management.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute the product roadmap for CSI's Commercial Suite portfolio.
• Identify unmet needs across community banks and commercial customers and translate them into scalable capabilities.
• Define product requirements supporting commercial payments, treasury services, card products, and embedded finance solutions.
• Evaluate customer feedback, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive priorities.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, pricing recommendations, and success metrics.
• Manage products throughout lifecycle from discovery to launch, adoption, and optimization.
• Define experiences that connect commercial banking, payments, treasury, and card workflows.
• Build capabilities for spend controls, reporting, account administration, virtual cards, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with Operations and Technology to modernize legacy banking workflows via API-driven solutions.
• Ensure integrations across core banking, digital banking, treasury management, payments, and fintech platforms.
• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, and customer journeys.
