Responsibilities

• Executes card product strategies to drive new account acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Builds business cases for risks and opportunities and leads solution implementation.
• Monitors KPIs, identifies trends, and escalates issues to management as needed.
• Leads cross-functional coordination with IT, operations, risk, and branches for effective implementations.
• Implements controls to ensure risk management and compliance are maintained.
• Ensures staff training and resource provision to adhere to risk principles.
