Job summary

TD Securities in Charlotte, North Carolina, seeks an Associate Product Manager to support the Commercial Card product line. You will work with Sales, Technology, Risk, Operations, and Marketing to deliver competitive card solutions and drive product lifecycle activities.

You will gather requirements, conduct market research, and help manage delivery, performance monitoring, and documentation. A foundational payments background and strong analytics are required to succeed.

Qualifications

3–5 years of Commercial Card, payments, treasury management, banking product, or closely related experience.
Foundational knowledge of Commercial Card products, payment processing, client needs, industry practices, and regulatory considerations.
Experience supporting product initiatives, projects, implementations, enhancements, or operational improvements from planning through delivery.
Ability to gather and document business requirements, organize information, identify dependencies, and follow through on assigned actions.
Strong analytical skills to interpret product performance, customer behavior, market information, and reporting.
Clear written, verbal, presentation, and client-facing communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of the Commercial Card product strategy and roadmap by managing assigned deliverables and defined workstreams.
Assist with product lifecycle activities, including discovery, requirements gathering, testing, launch readiness, implementation, and performance monitoring.
Conduct market, competitor, client, and industry research to identify trends and gaps.
Gather, document, and help prioritize business and product requirements with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with Sales, Technology, Risk, Operations, Marketing and Finance to support timely delivery.
Participate in client discussions to gather feedback and translate insights into improvements.
Develop and maintain product documentation, sales materials, and training content.
Track key product measures; identify trends and elevate findings.
Support product risk and governance by documenting issues and monitoring action plans.
Improve end-to-end product processes and governance.
Coordinate meetings and escalate barriers when needed.
Prepare analyses and presentations for product leaders and stakeholders.
Maintain current knowledge of Commercial Card, payments, and regulatory developments.
