Job summary

Goosehead-Insurance seeks a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead the product teams responsible for the end-to-end client lifecycle across our digital insurance marketplace—from initial lead acquisition through service, renewal, and retention. You will set strategy, coach product talent, and align roadmaps with senior leaders across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Service, and Data.

This player/coach role requires hands-on execution to connect acquisition and post-bind

Qualifications

8–12+ years of product management experience with leadership of product teams.
Experience owning a significant product portfolio or multiple related domains.
Experience building customer-facing digital products and marketplaces.
Strong ability to translate company strategy into product strategy, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define overarching product strategy for client lifecycle: acquisition, service, renewal, and retention.
Lead Product Managers across Lead Acquisition & Partnerships and Service & Retention.
Align roadmaps across teams and partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Service, Operations, and Data.
Establish lifecycle KPIs and drive data-driven decision making to improve outcomes.
