• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field.
• 8+ years in project or program management.
• Experience leading complex multi-product programs.
• Partner with Product Management and software teams.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Experience establishing governance and reporting.
• SaaS/insurtech or tech environment preferred.
• Certifications like PMP/SAFe welcome but not required.

Aufgaben

• Lead execution of large, complex programs spanning products and teams.
• Translate 12-month roadmaps into coordinated execution plans.
• Create integrated program plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, UX/design, data, and QA teams.
• Set objectives, success measures, and accountability.
• Establish governance and operating rhythms per program size.
• Identify and manage dependencies and risks.
• Provide executive-level program health updates and decisions.
• Coordinate delivery with training, communications, compliance, and adoption.
• Coach and mentor Program Managers and Project Managers.
