Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management or leadership in B2B software/SaaS or technology companies.
- Ownership of strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional product, engineering and design teams to outcomes.
- Recent hands-on experience building AI-enabled or agentic products, transforming product development workflows through AI.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Define, pilot and scale AI-enabled product development capabilities.
- Lead lighthouse engagements across strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
- Embed with cross-functional teams to diagnose barriers and translate insight into action.
- Coach product leaders and improve operating models, governance and metrics.
- Turn practices into repeatable tools, learning experiences and standards for enterprise adoption.
- Establish success measures and demonstrate impact to guide rollout.
