Job summary

FMG Suite is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the RelationshipOS intelligence layer that notices churn, identifies cross-sell opportunities, and guides adaptive customer journeys for independent P&C agencies.

You will own the roadmap and discovery, guiding two Product Owners and a Product Analyst to keep a profitable platform healthy and growing. Bring AI/vendored integrations experience and strong customer-facing instincts to drive rapid, evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS company.
1+ year of experience in the P&C insurance or insurtech industry.
Experience leading product discovery, prototyping, launch, and iteration — not just managing a backlog.
Experience coaching Product Managers, Product Owners, or similar roles.
Experience working with AI-enabled products, third-party integrations, vendors, and build-vs-buy decisions.
Strong product judgment in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
Comfortable working directly with customers and turning discovery into shipped product quickly.
Experience owning roadmap and prioritization for an established SaaS product.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and discovery for RelationshipOS and related intelligence features.
Lead engagement with agency owners and rapid prototyping in front of them.
Define AR Connect/vendor integration strategy to support the platform.
Set product priorities and guard against thrash; partner with engineering leadership.
Collaborate across the product team to deliver a cohesive roadmap.
