FMG is seeking a senior product leader to own the compliance platform, aligning strategy and execution for advisory networks and enterprise clients. You will spearhead the roadmap for an external-facing compliance capability, collaborate with engineering and leadership, and drive platform bets that balance regulatory needs with business growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with fintech/wealthtech/regtech exposure.
• Direct experience applying financial services regulatory frameworks to product decisions.
• Track record of owning strategy and hands-on delivery in a senior IC role (no PO below).
• Experience designing or launching API/SDK/platform-layer products for external partners.
• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools to build prototypes/MVPs.
• Comfort operating in an AI-native SDLC with engineers using AI tooling.
• Strong written communication that drives decisions, not just decks.

Responsibilities

• Own the compliance product roadmap and treat the product as a business.
• Design and launch FMG's external-facing compliance capability (API/SDK/widget).
• Engage with enterprise and ecosystem partners for onboarding and integration.
• Align with Engineering, GTM, and Compliance leadership to build real buy-in.
• Validate market demand through customer discovery, competition, and business cases.
