Job summary

FMG is building the RelationshipOS platform to empower independent agencies by connecting intelligence, data, and communication. You’ll own discovery, roadmap, and strategic product decisions, working closely with Product Owners and Analysts while guiding the team toward impactful customer outcomes.

You’ll collaborate across FMG’s Agency Revolution business, lead AI-enabled initiatives, and shape partnerships with vendors and platforms like AR Connect.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS company.
• 1+ year of experience in the P&C insurance or insurtech industry.
• Experience leading product discovery, prototyping, launch, and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Define and ship RelationshipOS capabilities and related AI-driven features.
• Own roadmap and prioritization for an established SaaS product within FMG.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers, partners, and internal teams to ship meaningful outcomes.
• Coach and develop Product Managers and Product Owners on the team.
• Align pricing, partnerships, and vendor integrations with product strategy.
