Job summary

Savvy Wealth is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic direction for B2B wealth-management products in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will partner with engineering and design to shape roadmaps, write specs, and drive end-to-end delivery while guiding cross-functional teams.

You will identify opportunities, define metrics, craft narratives for multiple audiences, and balance speed with impact in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting. Growth-minded leaders encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years at a high growth tech startup.
• Experience with engineers and designers in developing B2B software products.
• Led at least one successful product/business line at a high growth tech startup.
• Strong business, design, and technical sense.
• Strong experience using AI tools in your workflow (Cursor, Claude, Claude Code, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and create a compelling product vision & strategy.
• Determine and articulate the actionable plan to incrementally improve the product toward the vision.
• Build and update the roadmap with a prioritization framework and rationale.
• Research market, customers, and problems; conduct user research and surveys.
• Write product specifications to align on problems, goals, scope, metrics.
• Own projects end-to-end to ship high-quality products.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to drive projects to completion.
• Create messaging for products for different audiences.
• Evaluate product success using metrics and feedback.
• Leverage non-software solutions when needed.
• Foster cross-functional alignment on latest product developments.
