Job summary

Centerfield seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of high-impact agentic applications within our customer acquisition ecosystem. This hands-on role blends product vision, technical depth, and operational rigor to deliver scalable AI-driven products that enhance internal operations and partner capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5 years of product management experience, with 3 years in SaaS, platform, or ecosystem product development.
• Proven ability to take 0→1 products from vision to market adoption, ideally in AI-driven or automation-focused domains.
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and partner-facing platforms.
• Track record of delivering products that improve efficiency, decision-making, or business outcomes at scale.
• Skilled in agile product development with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to define meaningful KPIs and back decisions with evidence.
• Excellent communicator, able to align executives, technical teams, and external partners through projects.
• Passion for AI and the future of agentic applications, with curiosity to stay ahead of emerging trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategy & Execution: Define the roadmap for agentic applications that strengthen internal and partner capabilities across acquisition channels.
• Lead 0→1 Development: Translate opportunities into requirements and bring entirely new products to life, from concept to adoption.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, AI/ML, data science, and operations teams to deliver impact quickly and effectively.
• Balance Vision and Delivery: Prioritize trade-offs between immediate needs and longer-term scalability of agentic systems.
• Establish Metrics for Success: Define KPIs that measure adoption, efficiency gains, and partner enablement --- and ensure accountability.
• Enhance Capabilities: Build products that not only automate but also enhance consumer interactions.
• Experiment Thoughtfully: Launch experiments to validate use cases, ensuring each iteration drives tangible improvement.
• Executive-manage: Lead regular syncs and project updates to business stakeholders for alignment.
