Job summary

FMG Suite in Portland, OR seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead RelationshipOS, bridging an intelligence layer with AR Connect integrations and agency-facing products.

You will own the roadmap and discovery, guiding two Product Owners and a Product Analyst while shipping prototypes directly to agency owners for measurable outcomes.

The role offers $125,000-$140,000 annually, full benefits, and growth as FMG Suite expands its insurance-tech platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS company.
• 1+ year of experience in the P&C insurance or insurtech industry.
• Experience personally leading product discovery, prototyping, launch, and iteration.
• Experience managing or directly coaching Product Managers, Product Owners, or similar product team members.
• Experience working with AI-enabled products, third-party integrations, vendors, and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Strong product judgment in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and turning discovery into shipped product quickly.

Responsibilities

• RelationshipOS — the intelligence layer. Churn signals and cross-sell opportunities.
• AR Connect and the vendor stack integration and management.
• Define the MVPs, run pilots with agencies, prove adoption and revenue impact.
• Map management systems, data sources, and decide what to build vs. buy.
• Own roadmap sequencing, pricing discussions, and partnership impacts.
