This senior IC role collaborates closely with engineers and a design engineer to drive meaningful growth. You’ll own strategy, cycle planning, and success metrics, balancing breadth and depth while leveraging AI for prototyping and analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of outcomes.
• Experience taking MVP to product-market fit and growth.
• Experience deriving product decisions from direct customer interactions.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows for users.
• Understand how software is built and can weigh tradeoffs with engineers.
• Experience working with engineering teams without a dedicated manager.
• Comfortable with metrics and letting data drive decisions.
• Regularly uses AI tools for prototyping, research, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product strategy from MVP to PMF and scale.
• Own outcome briefs end to end, framing problems and measuring results.
• Lead weekly cycle planning with engineers and design.
• Identify where customers derive value and where they get stuck, guiding what to double down on.
• Define success metrics and adjust course based on data.
• Maintain high quality while knowing when to scale.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, support, and operations on positioning, pricing, and launches.
• Share updates with engineers, leadership, and partners on learnings and next steps.
