Job summary

Toast seeks a Product Designer to own and shape the design of Marketing Tools used by restaurants. You will design consumer-grade interfaces that empower non-marketer users and work with PMs, engineering leads, and designers across CRM, Websites, Online Ordering, and agentic teams.

You will join the Guest Design team at Toast and help evolve tools for an AI-enhanced future, while measuring impact and collaborating with senior design and product leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a product design role with end-to-end ownership

Responsibilities

• Own the design of Toast's Marketing Tools and ensure a consumer-grade experience
• Set direction for Marketing Tools in collaboration with PMs, engineers and designers
• Collaborate with CRM, Websites, Online Ordering, and agentic teams
• Help measure success and impact of design work and drive improvements
