Job summary

Toast is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own Toast Ticketing end to end. You will drive the roadmap from open beta to GA, aligning with GTM, pricing, and expansion beyond current venues. This senior IC role collaborates with engineers, design partners, and sales, onboarding, and marketing teams.

You will spend significant time with customers, translating feedback into the backlog and using AI tools to prototype, research, and analyze data to support decision making.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the ticketing roadmap and strategy from open beta to GA and scale.
• Run the weekly build loop with engineering: frame problems, decide what ships, and measure results.
• Learn where early customers derive value and where they get stuck to guide prioritization.
• Carry commercialization with GTM and leadership: pricing, packaging, rep enablement, funnel management from first event to repeat seller.
